Mount Harriet occupies a prominent place on the eco-tourism map of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It was the summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner during the British Raj. A captivating view of the outer islands and the sea is offered atop the hill. One can go trekking through the trail from Mt Harriet to Madhuban and view the forest life, flora and fauna.
