The Ethipothala water falls near Nagarjuna Sagar are in a Beautiful valley in Guntur district, about 8 Kms. from Macherla Railway station. The (Thandravanka stream falls from a height of 21 metres into a beautiful lagoon. Although the quantity of water is not very much, the fall is very picturesque. Beyond
the lagoon, the stream flows through a green valley frequented by tourists and flows into the river Krishna 1 1/2 Kms. away.
