Sonamarg

Sonamarg 80 kms from Srinagar, enroute to Ladakh situated 3,000 metres above sea level. Sonamarg is dramatic in its breath taking beauty. The valley opens up to a meadow. Kangan and gund are two important halts enroute. The valley is ringed by moutains scaling 5,300 metres.
