Deepadih - 90 km away from Ambikapur, Deepadih is situated on the confluence of the Rivers Kanhar, Surya and Galfulla . This is an important archeological site. Here the remnants of ancients temples are found over an area of a square kilometer. The Archeological department has been carrying out renovation works on these temples. Samat Sarna is a famous Shiva temple. The mandap of the temple has statues of Lord kartikeya , Lord vishnu , mahisamardini Ganesha , Varah , and Nandi . A Museumhas been set up here by the Archeological Dept .
