Shimla Travel Guide

mimla is one of the most known and frequently visited hill stations of India. It was the ,rimmer capital of India during the pre-independence era and now the capital of Himachal I 'radesh. Shimla was born out of storms and turmoils of the Gorkha wars in the early 19th Century. In the year 1818 when Queen Victoria's uncle, william IV was king of lingland, Lord William Bentick the Governor General had transformed the company's dominion in India in 1819 the British took the place of cool and healthy climate.
