Getting Around
The City Bus stand, near the Clock Tower is a ten-minute walk from the railway station. Crowded, confused and messy…. But there is some method in the madness. Taxis and auto-rickshaws and shared Vikrams (large auto rickshaws) are also available for travel within town. Cars can be hired from private travel agents. All private rented cars are chauffeur–driven. Self-driven cars are not available for hire.
Rajpur Road is the arterial road, it runs the length of the town.
